Supervisor

Given a list of units at the start of the shift, responsible for prepping units for the housekeepers, and going back behind housekeepers to do one final check of the unit to turn rooms letting the resort know the room is clean and ready for the guest. You are as well given the responsibility of reporting any issues of the rooms to the building manager.


Housekeeper

Given a unit in the morning and then assigned rooms by their building manager, in charge of maintaining their cart full of items and cleaning the unit with the tools and chemicals provided.


Houseman

Given a list of units in the morning upon clocking in, in charge of meeting the linen truck for deliveries and pick ups, bringing clean linen to units, stripping dirty linen out of units, replenishing sofa pack and pool towels, and responding to all calls from the Building Manager and the Supervisor.

Common Area Attendant

Complete tasks that provide outstanding service and cleanliness to the guests and resort standards. These tasks include but are not limited to: trash pick up, sweeping, vacuuming, walking floors, soiled pool towel disposal, arranging pool deck, and having meaningful guest interaction.

Bed Maker

In charge of making beds up to resort and company standard in a timely manner. After list of rooms is complete required to work in other sections until job is complete.

Linen Room Director

Ensures that there are enough linen bags to service the property. Has constant communication with the Head Houseman and other housemen about the status of the bags. Needs to unload bins, stock shelves, maintain basic cleanliness of the area, and locking up the linen room at end of shift.

Grand Strand Linen

Positions offered at our Industrial Laundry. Marked in application as “Laundry Attendant

Requirements for employment:

  • Responsible Handling/Labeling of Customer’s Goods

 

Drivers

Short haul within 100 mile radius, valid SC/NC driver’s license, push/pull standard Laundry Bins & 50lb. lift/carry limits, safely operate up to a 26ft box truck, follow all federal and state driving regulations, work other areas as needed.


Separator / Washer

Push/pull standard laundry bins & 25-50lb. lift/carry limits, sort and inspect incoming dirty linen, load/unload commercial grade washers & dryers with correct labels and cycle requirements, work other areas as needed.


Processor

Folding and strapping linen, using commercial grade laundry equipment: sheet ironers, towel folders, and strapping machines. Count and label items/bins correctly, work other areas as needed.

Rental Department

Wrap and package linen for rental customers, learn each companies individual needs and procedures, bag and tag each unit as requested evaluate linen inventory, load trucks for delivery with 25-50lbs. lift/carry limits, and work other areas as needed.
